When selecting an intercom, remember the ol' adage " you get what you pay for." The intercom is an integral part of your communication package, and cutting cost simply doesn't make sense. Consider that the installation costs are practically the same regardless of what intercom you select. While a stereo intercom may take just a bit longer than a mono intercom to install, most of the cost of your intercom system will be in installation labor. FAA certification is also more of an issue than it has ever been before. Be sure to check the requirements of FAA approval for your particular installation.
